Viva Celebrates 18 Years of Excellence, Strong Partnerships, and Global Impact 

In July, the Viva family celebrated a significant milestone: 18 years of Excellence, Strong Partnerships, and Global Impact. From our humble beginnings in 2007 with a small, determined team, we have grown into a trusted multidisciplinary Engineering partner with over 190 skilled team members and an international track record. What started as a dream and a commitment to doing things differently, has grown into a trusted name across borders and industries. For nearly two decades, we’ve delivered complex structural steel and platework projects for some of the world’s most demanding sectors. We are honored to celebrate this anniversary with deep gratitude and humility, delivering excellence to clients across Africa and beyond. 

This journey has always been about more than project delivery, it has been driven by our values, our people, and a shared vision of where we’re going next – together. 

Celebrating with Purpose 

In true Viva spirit, our 18th birthday wasn’t about just celebrating, it was about impact.  We chose to celebrate our 18th birthday in alignment with Mandela Day, a meaningful opportunity to reflect on legacy and leadership. Our team stepped outside of the workshop and into our community to clean up the area surrounding our Head Office and workshops. It was a practical expression of our values: Service, Unity, and Making a Difference where it counts.  

We also united as a Viva Family, enjoying a team braai and participating in a fun and engaging quiz focused on expanding our international footprint. The day served a bigger purpose: to get excited about where we’re headed and reconnect with the vision we are building, together.
