The Viva team were responsible to structurally redesigned the original Australian modular plant, complete 3D modelling, production of manufacturing drawings, fabrication, corrosion protection, rubber lining, mechanical and piping assembly and logistics to site.
This project demonstrates the value of modular designs that are fully mechanically fitted before dispatch to site, reducing site assembly durations, lowering installation costs, reducing site teams, improved safety and ensuring fit-up before delivery.
