Originally appointed for tank supply, Viva Engineering was awarded additional piping and installation scope due to our reliable delivery on the original scope. The extended scope included the manufacturing and installation of the process plant piping which consisted of 4km carbon steel, 1,5km stainless steel, HDPE piping and 550 valves. The piping scope was site measured and produced from only P&ID’s with no ISO’s available for manufacturing. With Viva’s strong capability of on-site tank welding and piping installation, the team executed the expanded scope with consistent quality and within a very tight project schedule, highlighting Viva’s ability to scale to meet client requirements.
