This project highlighted the advantages of combining 3D modelling with manufacturing drawing scopes of work, allowing Viva Engineering to integrate the Tenova conveyor scope with the Sandvik crushing scope to ensure interface success on the project.
The integrated model reduced engineering time prevented site clashes and delivered a more efficient, cost-effective materials handling solution for both clients. Once fabricated, the conveyor gantries were fully assembled off site with all mechanicals installed in order to reduce on site installation crews and installation times.
