Quality Administrator / Document Controller

Description
Viva Engineering is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Administrator / Document Controller to join our team.
 
This role will support the accurate management, control and coordination of quality documentation across the business, ensuring that records are maintained, updated and accessible when needed.
 
The ideal candidate will be organised, systematic and comfortable working in a project-driven engineering environment where accuracy, follow-through and reliable administration are essential.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative, quality administration or document control role. ​
  • Experience within the engineering, manufacturing or structural steel industry will be advantageous.​
  • Strong administrative and document control skills with excellent attention to detail. ​
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) with strong organisational, planning and time management abilities.​
  • Working knowledge of quality management systems, quality documentation and record control. ​
  • Understanding of ISO 9001 standards and engineering documentation is advantageous. ​
  • Exposure to STRUMIS and Dataloop would be beneficial.
